Due to the situation regarding restrictions on club activities, the club chairman has issued a regulation (TODO_LINK) according to which members can request to move or return membership from the current season. Here's how to apply.

Application for refund

You can submit your application via the form that you can access through your profile in the club information system.

Under the „Payments“ tab, you will find the option „Request a refund (COVID-19)“ in the last column.

After clicking, you will be redirected to google form on the Student Union CTU disk. It has a pre-filled first section, please do not interfere. In the event that some information does not fit, please contact club office.

If you have checked the data, click „Next“

In the next section, you can select one of the following methods:

Transfer membership to the next term

Using this method, your membership in the form in which you have it now will be moved to the period from 1 July 2020 to 28 February 2020. So even with a temporary holiday period included(otherwise the standard period starts on 1 October 2020).

The move will be made on July 1, 2020, but your services will be suspended from the moment you apply.

Return to original account

The refund of the membership fee is possible to the original account from which the payment came to us. If you have used a bank deposit method or payment through Czech Post, please choose another method.

Send to another Czech account

The refund of the membership fee is possible to another Czech account specified by the user. The account must be with a Czech bank and maintained in the Czech crown.

Please enter your account number in the prefix-number / bank_code, for example: 1113331/2700, 35-96616602771 / 0100

Send SEPA payment to EURO account

The refund of the membership fee is possible to another EURO account specified by the user. The account must be with a bank in the European Economic Area and enable SEPA payment.

Please enter your account number in IBAN format, for example: CZ7820100000000099914020

Cash withdrawal

Cash withdrawal will only be possible at Silicon Hill's office (link) from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020. Refunds will only be available to members who request it (April 15 - 15. 5. 2020) applied. The duty of such a member is to legitimize using passport. The substitution is not possible.

  • 1. 7. – 8. 7. 2020 – – returning membership electronically (bank transfers)
  • 1. 7. – 30. 9. 2020 – – returning cash membership in club office

User scenarios

Standard Return

The member has left the dormitory and does not plan to return. He / she will request a refund by following the above procedure and the membership fee will be refunded in the first week of June according to the chosen method.

Maintain certain membership

The member had paid basic, network and sports membership. He still stays in the dormitory, so he would like to keep the basic and network membership uninterrupted and ask for the sports membership to be returned.

For technical reasons, the club always returns the original amount, so we ask such a member to request a refund but at the same time reimburse the basic and network membership. At the beginning of July he will be refunded the contribution for basic, network and sports.

An analogous procedure is for the other combinations.
