The services of the big gym excluding massages are only for the students and employees of CTU and students living on Strahov.

If you are a CTU student:

1. To access the big gym you need to pay sports membership through IS, which is only 1000Kč per semester, small gyms and boulder only requires the basic SH membership.
2. Checj that your 6-digit personal number of ISIC is in IS. If not, ask a registrator to put it in there.
3. Wait till the database update, if you paid the sports membership and/or you asked your access card to be added in the IS. Unfortunatelly, we are not its admins. The employees of CTU update it approximately once a week and a half. Try it once in a couple of days and if it doesn't let you in after 2 weeks from when the payment was accepted, please write us an email, we'll check where the problem is. (BTW, the indoor entrance from block 2 is only for those who live there.)

If you are a student from a different university

1. For big, small gyms and boulder you'll need to pay sports membership through IS, which is only 1000Kč per semester.
2. You'll need a Guest card for access. After you paid your membership, go ask for it at the reception of block 1. Next, write an email to us at fitcentrum@siliconhill.cz with it's 6-digit number, which we'll put into IS and our system. (Make sure to include the main mail in the copy even if a specific admin replies to you, it makes it a bit easier for us to help)
3. We'll register your card and then you'll have to wait till the database update, which is done by employees of CTU approximately once a week and a half. Try it once in a couple of days and if it doesn't let you in after 2 weeks from when the payment was accepted, please write us an email, we'll check where the problem is. (BTW, the indoor entrance from block 2 is only for those who live there.)
