Special rules during COVID-19 outbreak

Block gyms and boulder are closed.

Silicon gym is open. Maximum number of visitors is limited to 20. Group lessons are closed. The gym and massages (and you have to) also follow government regulations, especially:

  • The entry is allowed only to those who do not have any symptoms of Coronavirus (fever, cough …).
  • The entry is allowed only to those who were not abroad in the last 14 days (unless they have a negative pcr test).
  • It is necessary to disinfect hands on entry and before leaving.
  • Mouth and nose does not need to be covered during the training.
  • It is necessary to disinfect the equipment after use (bench covers, barbell and dumbbell “handles” etc.).
  • The disinfection of the whole gym will take place at least once a day.
  • Visitors should limit the time spent in the dressing rooms.

General rules

  1. Everybody has to identify themselves with their access card on the card reader.
  2. Tidy up after yourself. Rerack your weights, use desinfection if needed. Same applies to “small room”. There is a limited space and you'll value the equipment not taking half of the room's space during busy hours.
  3. Be gentle to the leather padding. Use a clean towel, don't put weights on the bench and don't step on it with shoes.
  4. Train in sport shoes. The weights or even bad movement during functional training could be a risk of injury.
  5. Don't train only by yourself in the gym. Even if you are careful, something could happen and there would be noone to help you. We have a facebook group, where you can ask, if somebody will go train with you.
